How it works

01Set up your units

Setting up self-guided tours is refreshingly easy. Prospect Tour™ integrates directly with your unit-level smart locks and building level access control systems. Just place a link on your website and online listings, and you’re ready to go!

02Select apartments

Apartment seekers schedule a tour directly from your website or listing service when they find a unit they’d like to tour. A resident can even select multiple units to tour during the same time slot.

03Schedule a time

Once a resident has selected the apartments they’d like to tour, they can request a date and time that works best for them.

04Identity verification

Before a tour is finalized, we run a fast confirmation identity check to ensure and protect your property’s security. We do this by requiring a photo of an identification card along with a selfie photo.

05Visit the apartment

Once identity has been verified, the resident receives a tour confirmation, along with reminders 1 day and 1 hour before their scheduled tour. A virtual key is provided that’s only available for use during the designated tour time. When the prospect leaves the building, we automatically lock the unit’s door and remove the entry access.

06Apply right away

Anytime during or after the self-guided tour, potential residents can easily apply online for the apartment.
